Great locationVery helpful staff.Rooms are good enough

Staffs are good and very helpful.room is clean. Good value for money. Location is good but very hard to find the name of the hotel coz the entrance looks creepy.. we are hesitant to enter at first

The place is clean, very special, and comfortable. All the staff are respectful and very friendly. I would like to thank Mr. Khaled and Wael for their help, and all the staff: Fathy, Muhammad, Israa,Hadeer and Islam . The whole team is excellent.

Our stay was absolutely amazing thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. The attention to detail and willingness to assist with every request made our experience truly exceptional. They were always available to help with anything we needed, and we even had the flexibility to change our room without any extra charge. This level of hospitality is rare to find, and we truly appreciate it. Highly recommended Our stay was very pleasant, and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. There were no issues in that regard. However, some of the furniture and amenities seem to be 20-30 years old and could benefit from an update. A refresh would definitely enhance the overall experience. Other than that, everything was great
